At Origin Nutrition, we stand by the quality of our plant-based products, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened items. Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened containers unless the product is found to be defective.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
Verification & Approval
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number and the designated shipping address for our warehouse.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the unopened product in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the outside.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
